Michelle Mosher owns and operates Southshore Insurance Professionals™ LLC, servicing the Riverview and surrounding Southshore community with the ability to help residents in all of Florida.
Harnessing the experience of more than 29 years in all aspects of insurance, Michelle brings her knowledge and dedication to educating consumers on the coverage and protection they need.
Michelle started her insurance career in 1994 as a claims representative for a major health insurance company. Continuing on this career path, she went to work for a State Farm insurance agent in Maryland, obtaining her insurance licenses for Maryland and Virginia and finally opening her own State Farm agency in Connecticut.
Several years later, in order to experience the corporate side of the insurance business, she went to work for an auto insurance company in the Business Development department. This gave Michelle the opportunity to move back to her home state of Florida, where she has continued as a licensed insurance agent.
Now, as the founder of Southshore Insurance Professionals, Michelle works with individual and business clients; she and her team focus on educating clients, providing exceptional service and ‘Protection You Can Trust™’.
Michelle shows a passion to give back to the community which she and her husband, Todd Rebhahn, her step-daughter and their two dogs now make their home. Michelle was the 2019 President of the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce, currently is the Treasurer of the South County Spartans Athletic Program and the Vice President of Project Lotus-Restoring Dignity. Michelle also serves as a Vice President for the Riverview Woman’s Club.
Michelle is honored to be the 2022 Insurance Agent of the Year for the Insurance Agency Owners Alliance where she is a long-standing member.
When not working or volunteering in the community, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, supporting other local small businesses, relaxing on the beach, crafting, reading, and (of course) her dogs, Lilly & Molly.
