- Caitlin Nguyen – Licensed Insurance Agent: A true Floridian who loves scuba diving, baseball, and all things Disney as a proud passholder! When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her husband, her two boys, her German Shepherd and Husky.
- Chelsea Hardesty – Customer Service Specialist: Chelsea is Southshore Insurance Professionals™ account manager, dedicated to providing sunny first impressions and assisting our clients with their day-to-day needs. It’s usually Chelsea that answers our phones and welcomes our clients to the agency! When not working, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, traveling, playing board games, and hanging out with her dog Duncan.
